Information We Collect

We only collect the information required to operate Temply, process purchases, and provide support.

• Account data: name, email, authentication metadata, company details
• Billing data: plan, invoices, payment status managed by Stripe or Lemon Squeezy
• Product usage: feature telemetry, error diagnostics, device/browser info
• Support content: questions, reproduction steps, assets you choose to send us
• Community touchpoints: Discord handle, GitHub username (if shared)

How We Use Your Data

Processing is limited to delivering the Temply template, helping you ship safely, and improving the product.

• Provision licenses, downloads, and future template updates
• Respond to support tickets, onboarding calls, and product feedback
• Detect abuse, secure the code distribution pipeline, and prevent fraud
• Send release notes, security alerts, and critical billing notices (you can opt out of marketing updates at any time)

Subprocessors & Transfers

WU ENTERPRISES USA INC operates from the US. Data may be processed by vetted vendors such as Vercel (hosting), Stripe/Lemon Squeezy/Paddle (payments), Sentry (error tracking), and Linear (support). Each vendor signs data-protection agreements and only receives the minimum required information.

Retention & Deletion

Account data is kept while you maintain an active license or community membership. Support logs and telemetry are retained for up to 12 months unless law requires longer retention. You can request deletion at any time—critical records needed for tax or accounting may be stored for up to seven years.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Product Data vs Customer Data

Temply is a codebase you self-host. Any data your own SaaS collects lives entirely in your infrastructure. We never access your customer content unless you explicitly invite us for support and grant temporary access.

Children

Temply is intended for professional builders. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided data to us, contact [email protected] so we can remove it.
